As one of the youngest Head Chefs in the region, we have decided to give Emma her own web page, so you all know who is responsible for the brilliant standard of food and inventiveness of the “Old Favourites” board. At just 20, Emma now heads a team of 6 people who are responsible for producing all the food for the pub and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy. Her specialty is in fact desserts and has become renowned for her cheesecakes, one of which has been entered for a cookery competition, Rhubarb & Custard Cheesecake – This and other recipes will be featured on Emma’s web pages in the future.
A Hello From Emma.
Hi and welcome to my web page, I hope you will find it of interest as the page develops. My idea is to add recipes, let you know about new food ideas for the pub and also let you know about what I am planning as the seasons change and the produce changes with it. I’m always open to suggestions as well, so you can always Email
me and thanks for taking the time to visit the site.
